ARTISCAN for Radiology
The management of machine quality in radiology ensures the safe and accurate operation of equipment. These crucial procedures are essential for the reliability and effectiveness of diagnostic interventions for patients, thus ensuring quality care.
Tomodensitometry
To meet the quality control requirements for your CT scanner, we offer the Full CT QA Pack.
For this pack, we follow these recommendations:
- Decision of March 11, 2011, amending the decision of November 22, 2007, specifying the modalities of quality control for CT scanners.
1. Modules for automatic analysis of DICOM images acquired with various image quality test objects.
Measured parameters:
- Signal/Noise, Noise, Homogeneity
- Thickness, Position, Incrementation, and profile of the cut
- HU Linearity
- Low and high contrast resolution
- Deformation, Spatial resolution
2. Module for analysis in accordance with the requirements of the Decision of March 11, 2011, amending the Decision of November 22, 2007, setting the modalities for the quality control of CT scanners:
- Analysis of images from all water phantoms provided by manufacturers
- Management of dosimetric data and internal QC parameters
3. Modules for automatic analysis of DICOM images acquired with various test objects dedicated to density control.
Measured parameters:
- For each insert in the phantom, the software determines and saves different representative values that allow assessing the relationship between the density of a material and its Hounsfield level.
4. AQUILAB CT Laser Phantom for checking the precision of patient positioning along the z-axis.
